IN THIS WEEK’S LESSON
The theme for this week is: Tag You’re It. When was the last time you’ve let yourself play?
Debra L Reble states, “Being playfully naturally liberates the mind, opens the heart, and lifts the spirit. Take time to play today.” An antidote to unhappiness is play. Be curious and creative. You may just find a new passion. What are some fun experiences you’ve been wanting to have or try?
Playful ideas:
Dance to your favorite music
Join a league or club for a hobby or sport
Play games with friends or family
Blow bubbles
Sing a silly song
Learn how to play an instrument
Take a class in anything that interests you
Make a point this week to do something playful and fun and don’t be afraid to be a beginner. Create the magic of being a child again.

Weekly Soul-Care Love Practice: I’m inviting you to try (or create one of your own):
Turn-down service
30 min before bed, turn your bedsheets down, fluff your pillow, remove any extra pillows, dim the lights, spray sheets with lavender, linen or scent of your choice. When it’s time for bed, you’ll feel cared for.
