IN THIS WEEK’S LESSON
The theme for this week is: I Love me!
If you haven’t heard the song I love me by Meghan Trainer, run, don’t walk to listen to it. “I don’t mean to brag, I don’t mean to boast, I love y’all, but I love me the most” You can listen to it for free on Youtube. I love this song so much and feel it is a great way to begin our last week in this self-love experience. I’ve been learning how to love myself most which has been a game changer for me. I’m not perfect, but I’m getting it right more times than I’m not. I’m less critical and more loving of myself.
What changes when you love yourself most:
Health becomes more important - you’ll eat better, move more,
Your relationships improve by respecting yourself others learn to respect you
Self-love boosts your self-confidence, you feel beautiful and powerful
You’ll be happier
You’ll have more love to give others
You’ll feel more freedom

Weekly Soul-Care Love Practice: I’m inviting you to try (or create one of your own):
Recite the Hawaiian Prayer - deeply healing, age-old practice
(Ho’oponopono - a prayer for forgiveness and reconciliation) concept of forgiveness– both for yourself and for others is a tool for restoring self-love and balance. Accordingly, chanting this prayer over and over is a powerful way to cleanse the body of guilt, shame, haunting memories, ill will, or bad feelings that keep the mind fixated on negative thoughts. - Repeat as often as you desire
Prayer: I’m sorry - Please forgive me - Thank you - I love you
