Divine Guidance
In life, there are moments when we experience a sudden burst of inspiration or flash of insight that seems to come out of nowhere. The message, inkling, or coincidence compels us to take action or recall something significant. While some may dismiss them as mere chance, I believe the unexpected messages are blessings from angels, spirit guides, God, and even our higher selves.
They come in many forms such as repeating numbers, a song, a feeling, a dream, an unknown nudge, a phrase, an animal, a bird, any object that has specific meaning such as a penny, even a neon sign or bumper sticker. The list is as infinite as the universe.
Think about a time you met someone seemingly by chance, only to discover they held the key to a solution you'd been seeking. Or you’d been thinking of an old friend or loved one, and out of the blue contacted you. Or you received a sign from a loved one in the form or something specific you shared. We are divinely guided to be at the right place and the right time.
Recently, I was heading out for the day and would be gone for an extended period. As I was walking out the door, I received one of those little blessings that nudged me to go back and check my hair tool. I had left it on and felt so relieved to have received that message.
I’ve also received a little nudge to move over a lane on the highway, only to narrowly escape metal debris falling from the truck that had been in front of me … Phew. That could have been disastrous. I’ve also received many signs that my Dad was nearby.
I’m positive over the years, I received plenty of messages, but never really acknowledged them. The key is to pay attention. The more you work on your awareness and follow the instincts you receive, the more confident you become in knowing when those nudges are trying to get your attention.
It is said, you’ll know when they appear because strong feelings are always attached to the messages as if someone is trying to tell you something or your sense of awareness is heightened. While some may dismiss these messages or inklings as coincidences, embracing the belief that they are blessings from angels, spirit guides, God, or our higher selves can add a sense of wonder and magic to our lives.
I encourage you to keep an open mind and heart. Follow the breadcrumbs being scattered in your path. When we are open and receptive, divine guidance has a way of showing up exactly when we need it most. It's as if the universe orchestrates a perfect symphony of events, aligning circumstances to deliver these messages that nudge us forward on our journey.
