Together We Rise

I’ve spent the week with three of my fellow coaches in sunny, windy and rainy Florida. This was our third year in a row of last minute planning that magically worked out, again. No agendas to set; our days would be created as they happened. The last time we were together was two months ago, and like this time, was also during a full moon. It felt as if we were meant to be together again during the releasing of old energy and ushering in the new.

We all have our personal, and sometimes private rituals around our individual transformational journey. However, as always, without question, have ceremonies we do collectively as a circle of like-hearted women that lift us up together. Knowing and feeling that the cumulative energy is magical.

We encourage, hold space for, challenge, and reflect back to one another. There may be tears or frustrations, but also victories, self-realizations along with plenty of laughter. Together we are four unique heartbeats that support one heart-centered friendship.

“I can do things you cannot, you can do things I cannot; together we can do great things” - Mother Teresa. We may not see or talk to each other on a regular basis, but when we need support, things come together. It’s like we’ve never been apart. This week we’ve been challenging each other to envision what’s next. We’ve been visualizing and communicating what’s possible based on each of our strengths. We’ve admired things in each other not see in ourselves. Our strengths together shine bright.

Some of my favorite moments have been deep conversations, moon bathing in the hot tub under the light of a clear sky while soaking in the energy of the lunar eclipse, spending time at the beach, making and drinking moon water, and dreaming of what’s possible.

I encourage you to find women that want to see you grow and succeed. That provide encouragement, a shoulder to cry on, personal wisdom without judgement, a cheerleading section, and the space to allow you to be just as you are. “Every woman’s success should be an inspiration to another. We’re strongest when we cheer each other on” - Serena Williams. Because my friends, together we rise.
